Twitter Clients, Tools, and Plugin

I'm finally on Twitter, and it's a blast! I was convinced while watching Unseminar 5 live on-line a couple weekends back. You see, everyone was giving out their handles as the best way to keep in touch. And, we'd all become such good virtual friends over the hours and days of the program, that I knew I couldn't just let the community go. In fact, one of the participants grabbed the "bull by the horns" and took it a step further. She set up a Ning mastermind group, and a good nine or so of us even hopped on the phone together that very day. All very exciting.
Anyway, to the title... Currently, I've got the Twitbin WordPress Plugin running in my sidebar. It updates itself anywhere from every three minutes to 45 minutes, with options for which message types to display. I've also signed up for TweetBeep, but the dang thing hasn't sent me an email yet, despite showing results when I actually go to their website. Maybe it's not supposed to? Disappointing.
So, with all those clients and tools out there, tell me, what are YOUR favorites?
