My two latest WordPress plugins, WP Comment Footer and the Random Ads Widget, are now live. Per usual, I like to make a quick post as a demo. Funny thing is, you can actually see these in action from any post on the blog.
That's because the WordPress Comment Footer plugin randomly selects any ad or HTML/Javascript snippet in a list of your creation for display just below the comment section. This is an area of most blogs that goes unused. Get creative with this one. It's not just for ads, you can put a sign-up form or extra encouragement to comment, etc..
And, the Random Ads Widget similarly picks from a list you populated (right from within the WordPress admin!) so as to keep your advertising fresh. Or you could show your favorite quotes or what have you. As of this post, you'll find it over in the sidebar. It also comes with a handy shortcode for placement of random content within your posts or pages.

If you've ever wondered what it takes to be a "super affiliate," you'd do well to heed the advice and example of Lynn Terry. She's not one to use auto-blogs and the like (much as I geek out over such software). It's all about putting in the work and concentrating on one project at a time, "Start to Profit."

Just back from the NAMS 3 (Niche Affiliate Marketing System) conference in Atlanta, Georgia. A very full event in every sense of the word. Lots to process over the next few days.

While, I got a lot out of the content, for me it was the mental "you can do it" and fresh perspectives—both in and outside the presentations—that were most needed.
It was great to finally meet so many people with whom I've been working virtually for the past year, in particular Sid Hale of Rapid Action Profits and Lynn Terry of SSWT. And, of course, all the new connections and friendships! These alone made it well worth the 20 hour drive.

Last month, Bill Ortell and I launched Rapid Action Press, a complete solution to drip content, provide bonuses, etc., based on sales of products offered thru the Rapid Action Profits (RAP) marketing system.
The two main components are a certified Rapid Action Profits addon and a WordPress plugin allowing for communication and integration between the platforms. Users are added to your blog and granted access to content depending on the length of time since their purchases.
And those bonuses I mentioned? If you're an affiliate for another RAP and Rapid Action Press owner, you can have your bonuses automatically delivered on your blog. Only a user who's purchased through your link will see it, and you can even hold it off for 30 days to, say, get past the refund or first rebill date. No more asking for receipts via email.
