Here's what it does, in a nutshell...

It makes it possible for affiliates of RAP Bank and Rapid Action Profits products (both of which use the Instant Commissions payment model of rotating sales based on the percentage) to offer bonuses to those who purchased thru their link. And, it does so in an automated fashion, so you don't need to pester the vendor to determine whether a sale that went to them was referred by you.

Using a simple shortcode, namely [aff_bonus], you surround content on a blog post or page, which is only revealed to those who enter their valid PayPal email address from a sale you referred for a specified product. The form itself is generated automatically and can be customized in appearance from the admin area via an intuitive GUI (graphical user interface), complete with a preview.

Note: Just because I'm using a ClickBank affiliate link in this example does not mean it's CB-specific. It isn't. You choose the URL parameter names and what you do with them.

OK, allow me to make that last point more clear with another example. How about this? Assuming you still have the ?ref=whatever from the first, now tack on an &n=YourName in the URL for this post and watch the area below...

The two main components are a certified Rapid Action Profits addon and a WordPress plugin allowing for communication and integration between the platforms. Users are added to your blog and granted access to content depending on the length of time since their purchases.

And those bonuses I mentioned? If you're an affiliate for another RAP and Rapid Action Press owner, you can have your bonuses automatically delivered on your blog.
